  • Free estimates are available and valid for 30 days
  • A signed agreement or work order may be required before services are rendered
  • Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Late or missed payments may result in additional fees

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your garage door issue
  • Ensure a safe, accessible work area
  • Communicate any changes to appointment times or project scope promptly

4. Property Conditions

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to garage doors or surrounding structures
  • Delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or unsafe work conditions

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions

6. Warranty

Limited warranties may apply to labor and/or materials. Warranty terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or third-party interference.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Unsafe or hostile conditions are present
  • Payment terms are violated
  • The client breaches these Terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of Woodburn Garage Door Heroes and may not be reused or republished without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, OR.
